This model sandwich / salad prep table is capable of holding (18) 1/6 size food pans, up to 6” deep. The food pans provide plenty of storage for sandwich and salad ingredients. You can mix and match for a custom layout. This refrigerated prep table can fit 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, and full size food pans. The top prep area extends your storage.

Cutting Board

The Universal USPTR72 72” sandwich prep table includes 11.5” deep cutting board. The smooth, durable surface is easy to clean and it crack proof. The cutting board is spacious, often used to assemble sandwiches, wraps, and salads.

Hinged-Swing Doors
