This 15" winco aluminum rolling pin is perfect for use in home. I think it is a little small to work in a big bakery but the way I use mine at home, I have loved it from day 1.

The 10 oz. stainless Steel Shaker Dredge with Handle. It is great for pouring your bulk spices into. The convenient handle makes it easy to just shake it on meats,or veg. Works great.

I was in the market for a new blender after my 350w blender died. I didn't want to buy another cheap blender that would die fairly soon, but didn't want to pay $400 for a Vitamix or Blendtec blender. The Bar Maid BLE-110 fit the bill nicely. It's a commercial blender, and so it comes with a powerful motor that blends everything I've tried so far to a perfectly smooth consistency in short time. Exhaust vents shoot hot air out the sides to protect the motor from damaging heat buildup. I blend about 2-3 times a day and this unit is overkill for my needs. I'm very happy with this purchase.

This peice is that added extra peice of flavor for my restaurant.I keep my menus visible on the table at all times with this handy little card holder. I also use it to display drink, dessert, and dinner specials as well.

This works great. I didn't realize how wrong my oven was until I got this winco 2" oven thermometer. Everything I make, bake especially, comes out so much better now. I don't have to continue cooking for such a longer time now.

Nice sturdy winco aluminum pizza peel. Great for taking all sorts of items out of the oven. We use it a lot for taking meat out of the smoker.

These winco 1 liter decanters are an exciting way to show off your drinks. It can all be endless type of drink but i use it on putting korean rice wine called soju in it and my guess loves it!

My staff and I recently used these thunder group roll top chafers for an anniversary dinner and the Chafer did a wonderful job at keeping the food hot and they were an asset to our table set-up (minus the ugly roasters that belonged to the family that appear in the photos)

Thunder Group continues to be a brand you can trust. These pastry brushes are sturdy, durable, and easy to clean. They are good for a variety of different applications where a gentle, even spread is needed; i.e. sauce, butter, egg washes, etc. Highly recommended product.

This winco easy hold bar tray is the perfect solution to having my Bar in the basement and serving drinks upstairs when we have company, also great to take clean glasses back to the bar. It is heavy duty and best of all is the slip proof surface. I wish I'd gotten a bigger one! (next time!)

We ordered a thunder group 29" high chair as an extra seat at Grandma's house and it was easy to put together. For some reason, the chair came with an extremely short belt but Elite restaurant equipment was quick to respond and send out this winco high chair replacement belt. Great price for the quality.

It is sturdy and and looks like it will last a long time. I like this microplane premium classic fine zester grater so much that I keep it on a little hook in my kitchen and always have a brand-new one on hand to give as a present. It grates in two directions - back and forth - and what I mostly use it for is to grate an onion when I'm making meatballs (or anything else) in which I want onion flavor but not perceptible pieces of onion.

I use this thunder group stainless steel double mesh strainer specifically for my large batches of tea that I make a few times a week. It is absolutely perfect! The handle is extremely sturdy -- way better than those cheap plastic ones! I can tell that this strainer will last me a very long time. Very much worth every penny!

This thunder group manual vegetable shaver is useful if you can afford to dish out around $70 bucks for it. Comes with 4 blades for various vegetable cutting and they still haven't dulled out. I've had this thing for close to 4 months and it saves a lot of prep time.

This thunder group brown stainless steel soup warmer kettle works great for soup in our coffee shop! It is easy to use and keeps the soup hot. It is also easy to clean and looks nice! I would highly recommend this kettle!

This thunder group WDRNP015 is the best rolling pin I've ever owned! It is silky smooth and just the right size. After ordering this rolling pin I continued shopping and ordered another one thinking I would like it better, but I should have waited to get this one. I made about 100 pies to give away this Thanksgiving season and my new rolling pin was truly amazing.

We have a Mexican restaurant and we need so much rice. We fry apart with vegetables and cook as directed. So happy this machine is so easy to use and to clean, and works really great! The rice is insulated, and keeps warm and moist for hours. So helpful!!!!!

We do not have a lot of experience with rice cookers but the quality of this universal rice cooker vs other rice cookers seems to be much better. We do not have gas available in the location where we have our restaurant so this rice cooker worked out very well for our needs.

The Thunder group IRST002 Portable Gas Stove was wonderful. It worked perfectly. My catering event was a huge success and the gas stove was a major hit. I am very pleased with it and I am very pleased with elite restaurant equipment. I was not sure you could produce and deliver the item in a timely and economical fashion; but boy was I wrong. Excellent quality for the price!! The metal blade is firmly attached to the comfortable wooden handle, which is easy to hold and "feel". The light weight of the spatula also makes it easy to use. I suppose I could find a spatula that is somewhat cheaper than this one, but I'm not sure why I would want to.
